serendipity gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, deodorant & perfume free, or defective merchandise purchased online or in person for STORE CREDIT with proof of purchase (receipt). 

items must be returned within 10 days of purchase date.  all original tags must be attached. at the time of return, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card to serendipity.

we reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

sale and discounted items are NOT returnable.

final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. the following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
