  • How long does it take to process a return?

    Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be delivered and processed. We will send you an email confirmation when your return arrives and a separate email confirmation when your return is complete.

  • Is there a return fee?

    The customer is responsible for the cost of mailing back a return.  

  • My product arrived damaged. Can I be refunded or get a replacement item?

    Absolutely.  Please contact us for a return label and we will either refund/replace the item.
